I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had everything I needed, including dishes and a refrigerator, but it was next to noisy construction and the bedding was wet and stained, which was unpleasant. The service varied significantly with unapologetic and close to rude behavior noted, despite correcting room issues promptly. The location was convenient for downtown La Crosse and offered easy access to essential amenities like supermarkets and dining spots. The dining experience was subpar with infrequent room cleaning and limited services. However, the friendly and helpful staff and the central location were definite highlights.
